The character here looks like he's floating, well--what I mean is, the background looks just "placed" under him. Like he's not laying or relaxing on the bed. Does that make any sense? :P It just looks a little off. The boy himself looks good, and you can really see the sweat, I think the anatomy isn't too bad. His arm closest too us is a bit long, as his his leg. Actually, it's just too skinny.
Anyways, that's my 2 cents.

I think of you make the background like you did the character, with line art, and made it flow around him, it might work better. I'm not sure how to explain without showing. sorry ^^;
